i am looking for a designer and programmer for a wordpress blog. i want to have the usual features
– comments
– user sign up
– twitter, rss and facebook linkage
– space for adwords
!!! and on the front page i want a form that lets the users submit content, that i only have to approve and publish.
the site should be similar to tfln.com the design either similar to

also the blog will be ran in german so for example it should say “Suche” instead of “search”
i also want the “usual” plug ins to work, but i guess i can add them myself
