I need someone to build me a very user friendly live streming video website. I need the following features.
User accounts to watch videos that are streming live
User accounts to stream video live
Simple login interphases.
I need it to work with webcams, (Iphone, android phones, etc. can be an added option and I want to asee the pricing for that add on)
It should allow for creation of different user groups and different viewer groups.
This site will not be for adult entertainment, it is to observe animal behavior and stream to those interested in watching live video feed of animals.
I want there to be as little required PC software installation, if any, for thowe who upload or view.
On the server end, we will put in what ever streaming video server that we need to run the system.
I do not have any good example videos to sahre at the moment. If you have some for me to review and approve concept, please send me the links.
I will escrow all money and wwill release when web site is fully functional and transferrred to our server to host. 50% transfer prior to moveing the site to permanent location.
