You do not have to worry about SEO, metatags, tags, etc… I just need a GREAT designer to design the overall aspect of the site to keep costs down on the short end. Will select someone to assist with the SEO later. If you are great at this too, that is potentially something you could be offered to do as well for additional payment.

Goal is to make a simple, crisp clean design, with a nice header, nice background, nice simple layout, etc… that is easy for the client to manage, so that social networking features can be easily integrated.
This should not be very expensive, because I have knowledge as to how much easier it is to develop in Thesis. If you give me a good price now, it will benefit you in the near future, trust me. I’ve been waiting for this opportunity to come, and the time has arrived. I’m looking at many other prospective people.
