The following tracking is needed for the site and in the affiliate section:
1)I currently have no way of knowing how many members I have joining the site. I need a simple counter in my administration area that will keep track of when a member is added to site or deleted from the site.
2)When a member passes the online test, three (3) certificates automatically populate and become viewable. As soon as someone becomes certified, I want the person’s name, date they became certified, email address, mailing address, and the currently downloadable/viewable certificates placed into a “certified member database” that you will create in the administration area. (I should also be able to manually change addresses, email addresses) Currently, the certificates do show up in the manage member area but I also want them in a separate database. Newest certified member is to be shown at the top of the list. When the certificates go to this “certified member database,” they need to be print ready. (currently, I have to change the size and then print them) Certificates are to be print ready in the following dimensions: (same style as it is already, just different sizes) cerificate=landscape 11” wide by 8 ½” long, Letter of distinction=8 ½ wide”x11”long, and wallet size2”x3” (must be print ready) *also want a simple box that I can check off when the certificates are printed.
3)All money is accepted on this site only through paypal. I need a counter in the administration area that will keep track of all money coming in to the site each year and it is to be broken down into monthly totals. I also need a counter that showsto know how much money is going out (paid to affiliates) yearly and broken down into monthly. (this can start counting from now and this must be able to be shown for these future years:2011,2012,2013,2014,2015)

4)In each affiliate members area (area that affiliates log into and see) I want something to show how many people go from their site to mine yearly and monthly and it needs to show how many people actually sign up yearly and monthly with percentage signed up shown. (from now and 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015) (how much they get paid each month and yearly totals would be shown in their affiliate area)
5)When going into the admin area and updating member I get the following message appearing: Please check this for me and check the website and fix any coding errors (should not be any)
