We want to be able to set up a customer loyalty program for them all. We thought of an advertisement that says to the public � go to any of our stores (we will call them members) and spend $ dollars accumulatively and receive a $ dollars rebate monthly.
We have problems with this idea, (1) how do we keep tract of the purchases the customer makes without having the customer send us sales receipts (which would be a nightmare for the customer and us)

Each letter has to be able to be personalized with our Patron’s name, address, and promotional offer and of course, our signature. We need to be able to deliver our mailings by conventional U.S Mail, electronic mail, or save our mail list to disk.
Eliminate reliance on the paper coupon! Eliminate coupon abuse and theft! Reach our patrons on a personal level. Extend a token of appreciation to your patrons by extending an extra special offering to them on their birthday or wedding anniversary. Extend a sincere token of appreciation to those patrons who have actively participated in our program, have visited often and/or have spent generously. Get a handle on attrition. Bring those lost patrons back. Identify patrons who no longer visit the businesses and learn the reasons why!
Set up a Referral Program to entice our established patron community to spread the good word and refer a friend to your program. Lastly a Rewards Program, Points! Points! Points! Run our own point/reward program. Everyone loves to accumulate points and they will appreciate the extra business and to Support issuing bonus points during off-peak or slow times.
Raffle Program – Raffles are a great way to entice patrons back for subsequent visits.
