Consultant Requirements
*The Consultant must be a Certified Member & have a good rating on this site.
*The Consultant needs to be able to be contacted via voice telephone and have the ability to speak Perfect English.
*The Consultant must be EXPERIENCED in programming, code, website building and be very familiar with face-book, hi5 and twitter.
**Important**This is Not a Clone Job!!!
*The Consultant needs to be available for ongoing support and questions throughout the duration of the project.
***I am new to the Programming business, but I have a really good idea of what I want! I need these Ideas to be translated into “Programmers Lingo” by a “Third Party” who is a Professional and Excels in the building of Custom,Very Complex & Very Complete Websites.
*Obviously this is to Protect my interests when building my website.
Project Requirements
1. The Consultant will not spend more than 5 hrs communicating with me throughout the duration of the project.
Telephone, Skype, Magic-Jack, Vonage would all be acceptable.
2. The Consultant will Provide me with a written “Project Plan”
a.The “Project Plan” will be used to explain to the Future Site Builder Programmer the details and Requirements that must be met in the building of my Social Networking Website
** The Consultant will be available for Consultation throughout the duration of the project, of course.
Payment Details: I am Negotiable.
