I need a very simple form on my website.
Before visitors can enter a certain page i need a form that collects the email adress of the visitor. Then the visitor can see the webpage.
I need to receive an e-mail with the entered e-mail adress and if someone enters a e-mail adress twice he can enter but i may not receive the notification email again (so a small db is nescecary i guess)
Also a captcha will be needed at the form.
