There may be other things that come up, depending on the project at hand, so I am looking for someone who is a fast learner, works well independently and is flexible enough to go with the flow on any given work day.
As a start-up business, work may be sporadic at first, but as the business grows, so will the work load. I need someone who can take charge and deliver quality work within guidelines and on time.
