Starting a site using http://www.ilance.com/ilance and need someone who can give it a new look and feel,not only someone good with templates but your going to need to know PHP SQL etc. as I will be creating some custom things. I want to add in a open source project collaboration area into the site but the users may only reach this area if they are locked into a project, so essentially once a project is signed for by buyer and programmer a active project collaboration area will be created for them to work in… this may or may not be added for now just give me a price on a cosmetic overhaul and maybe a few minor mods adding in a few links tabs etc.
