Change Check out process to not show 1.credit card information on contact information 2, Address 3, Credit card information
User will only have option to apply points for the purchase. They system will automatically deduct the points from the order user will not be allowed to enter the amount of points he wants to use.
System will apply all the points to the order example if user has 30 points and product cost 20 points system will automatically deduct 20 points for the order after user presses submit order.
System will automatically notify user to add funds if user does not have enough funds for the order.
example: User only has 20 points and product cost 30 points Notice to user you must add more funds to submit this order.

Load Funds Feature:
Custom page created to allow user to load funds. For load funds transactions the system will allow credit card to be used. Loaded funds can automatically be entered in the cs-cart api as user points.
