I need to following projects completed:
1. Design a Word Press Blog for www.crowninvestmentgroup.com. Use http://dfwrealmentor.com and www.westminstercapitalgroup.com as your template guide. Change color to royal blue to distinguish from these two sites.
-There will be at least 2 review cycles on the blog;
-Site will be SEO
-10% payment will made after the 2 review of the blog site.
2. Design a logo for Crown Investment Group. I have no idea on this but send several logos to select from and be creative!!
-Send at least 5 logo ideas;
-Once logo has been selected, it will be placed at the top of the blog;
-20% payment will be made after the logo has been selected;
3. Design landing page for www.acquirerealwealth.com. Please use http://register.dfwrealmentor.com as a template and guide.
-Landing page will be SEO
-10% payment will be made after completion of the landing page.
4. Write 3 original articles for the blog page.
-Articles will be on the real estate market in general, the real estate market in Dallas, Texas, and/or Top 10 Reasons to invest in real estate.
-Perform key word research for $$ makeing key words
-Articles will be write for SEO
-10% payment will be made after my final review and satisfaction of the articles.
Communication Plan –
-The programmer will communicate via email on the status of each project task every 2 days or as requested by the project manager
-If immediate questions arrise, the PM and programmer will agree on the best way to communicate on in these instances.
