Someone with PHP knowledge to code a web based php application that can:
1. Be used to check bulk/mass IPs for blacklisting in real time using all known available RBL URLs (check mxtoolbox.com for list of sites use an example IP address).
2. The app should have a function to send alerts to an email configured in the app on the IP(s) blacklisted and in which RBL it is.
3. Frequency of automatic checks can be determined in app as well and/or manual check.
