this string is base64_encoded
if you decode it using: base64_decode you’ll get new string, the new string is XOR Chipher.
We need to Decrypt it and see the real string.
there is a KEY used with XOR encryption this KEY is used to Encrypt/Decrypt strings using XOR, we need to know this key.
