Photoshop – Create Image & Edit Logos

There are 2 parts to this job.

We need to create a similar image to the one attached. It is to have the same information but the design improved and better graphics. It needs to be done on a transparent background.

Also need to edit 10 logos so they have transparent backgrounds.
