The plugin I need modified is Ninja Forms Pro.
It allows users to select a category and post from the front end of the site.
I need to be able to set specific predefined categories and sub-category’s (taxonomies) for the post.
Example :
User arrives to the post page.
Has categories(topics) and sub-categories to choose from
