Looking for a c# .net (with source) desktop Article to Video application. Something like article to swf tool.
Step1. User will enter some text in a box which will allow him to set transition points (page breaks). Or will select a .DOC or .PPT file to convert.
Step2. User will choose Male or Female voice. Additional options selected (pauses between page changes, transitions, music file + volume of voice/music).
Step3. If using text box will add images (used for background to the video/text)
