AgileBill is an open source billing software, you can install it from https://github.com/tony-landis/agilebill/. It has many payment plugins, including a standard PayPal plugin. I need a new plugin for PayPal Payments Advanced. It should support AgileBill’s recurring billing functionality. This would be an easy project for someone who has experience with PayPal Payments Advanced and AgileBill
