Soap Client Query Test Page

I have a local LAMP server – I need to be able to select an XML page from a dropdown, and enter an XML SOAP query.

Then on submit have the SOAP query run, produce the result, the query, the date/time and the time elapsed to receive the response. Nothing more, nothing less. No css formatting, etc. Just a basic script.
