Recipies (900) From 15 Countries

I want copy and photograph for recipes from around the world.
I want to commission them in blocks of 900 – (I may eventually need 4500)

60 recipes each from 15 countries
(20 x starters, 20 x mains, x 20 deserts)x15

They need to contain the usual recipe information eg Ingredients, instructions, preparation time, cooking time.
They also need to be in categories eg chicken, beef, seafood, as well as the starter/ main/ desert and country of origin.
