Integration Project With Posteverywhere And Load Board

Hi all,
I own a Load Board website written PHP (Cake PHP) with MySQL database and I’m looking for developer skilled in PHP to integrate PostEverywhere software with my Load Board.
Is a must to already know PostEverywhere integration.
