Fix Google Custom Search Engine (wrong Thumbnails Results)

Hi, I’m currently using Google custom search engine http://www.google.com/cse/ on my WordPress site, but for 50% of the results it is returning wrong thumbnail images.

Do you know what the problem is how to fix this?
