I want nice graphics and css design for search boxes, etc.

I am looking for the best search form possible.
You can use the attached search fields i.e. city, county, etc… to complete the project.
Project is Simple. I am not interested in seeing ips, ops, or any other items… I am ONLY interested in seeing some search forms you have done and you can include the url to those search forms.
