We need a cross platform application that works on Ios, BlackBerry, and Android. Requires ability to use I frames for all three platforms:
IOS: Must use native IOS interface and find a way through the app store approval process, even though it is dependent on PHP.
BlackBerry: Must work on any BB device released in the last two years.
Android: Must pass play store approval process.
