The program will
1. Pull from text file with random comments
2. Pull from a txt file of random twitter usernames
3. Add specified link at the end of tweet
3. Create new file with comments name name name link
limit to 140 characters

hey this is a twitter comment user1 user2 user3 www.bitly.com
Feature to add 1-5 usernames to comments
