I have two index pages with SINGLE graphics on them. I posted this project before and got some great bids even as low as 10.00 however somehow the project was cancelled in error.
Hopefully I get some of the same programmers to see this.
I would like to work done tomorrow. The function is simple.
There is a single background picture on the web page with text floating on top. As you adjust your browser size, making it smaller, the picture is to adjust in size to match.
