I am looking to write a new job site from basic, i do not want a reprogrammed site I want to develop code from fresh.
this will include a from end an a database.
main features. I am not interested in developer who want me pay upfront without carrying any work. am happy to work in milestones, willing to to pay by milestone. And I will like for developer to work quickly to complete work within 6-8 weeks.
so am not looking for someone who has multiple project going on.
