I’ve attached a file that has a VB6 Project that we would like you to get rewritten in .NET with a few tweaks as outlined below:
The Project Does the Following:
1. Looks for new files in a folder (folder structure is configurable in this program; the files are initially placed in the configured folder by another application that hooks to a Oracle database)
2. For each file perform a txt to rtf function, again with parameters that are configurable in this program.
