I have 1 HTML home page, and the original PSD file it was designed from, that needs to be converted into a Zen Cart, OSCommerce, or other shopping cart theme for a client.
If you do a good job on this project, and your price is reasonable, then there will be many more similar projects for you to do moving forward.
