We want to create a web page with functionality near identical to http://civicuk.com/cookie-law/configuration.
We will initially create this as fairly basic like this page currently is, and then build additional functionality considerably through additional work packages on an ongoing basis.
Please bid to replicate this page (we will overwrite graphics etc) and the background functionality and provide some examples of previous complex js work.
