I would like a Genealogy webiste. I also need a forum in it. I’m thinking that a CMS like Joomla or Drupal or any that you are best working with, would be ok. I have seen genealogy websites using PhpNuke and Joomla and Drupal. Most all CMS has forum modules integrated in so thats not a problem. Also, I want a payment system and most CMS has this as well.
