I need a PHP script that has a search box that fills in the city part of the URL http://www.zillow.com/homes/for_sale/Dallas-TX/house,land_type/ and takes the output of that URL and returns all results where the Zestimate is more than the sales price. You will need to paginate through the results.
The script should also be able to run with script.php?city=city_searched
