I’m building a real estate site using a premium wordpress theme (RealEstate 2.0.1 by Templatic.com).
I want to slighty modify the search function (different fields and also add an extra search option.)

I have attached an image of how the search needs to look. Some fields are removed, and an additional search by bedrooms and price range is added.
