This date picker is on a web form. It must do the following.
1. Allow an admin to designate which dates and spans are available for appointments in the calendar for an entire year. Examine the attached PDF to see a sample admin panel that provides the flexibly to block specific dates and times or recurring dates and times. Other solutions and looks are fine as long as they work.
