Basically Im looking for someone to build a membership type of site, where paid members can log in, up load files, edit contact information and connect with other members – possibly by a message board / forum type of functionality.
Think LinkedIn but smaller.
Site would need a payment processor, admin area that controls the whole site, and individual user content areas.
It will also need to be written in PHP / MySQL.
