I need a very quick and simple way for a pdf form to be filled out. The customer will come to the site request service which is $35 USD and must be paid through Paypal before they have access to the PDF. Once payment has been made, they will be redirected to the pdf on our site which they must complete (preferrably on our site) and email to us (preferrably from our site).
