I have configured Open Realty successfully, but need someone to re-skin the site using the ‘Pacifico’ theme which is provided in HTML format (see http://themeforest.net/item/pacifico-fullscreen-template-with-motion-slider/570525?WT.ac=portfolio_item& WT.seg_1=portfolio_item& WT.z_author=cmsmasters)
You can see a WordPress version of the theme at propertyfinda.co.nz, which uses to link to Open Realty, which does not work well.
Knowledge of Open Realty with tags is a requirement…
