Need an app we can “push” messages to user based on city they select.
App pages:
0 log in or,
1 create account (ask for email and password)
2 settings (notification via popup or message bar
3 current city (list of 100)
4 view past messages no older than 3 months
App waits for us to push short message to users
Message will include an address so it should be
clickable to launch user’s maps or navigation
Server side message scheduler
All messages go out at 8am CST in morning…
