I need to create a new WordPress (Genesis) website using content from my old ugly website.

The website needs to be updated and look very nice with WordPress. All the content, old articles, photos, videos needs to be on new site.
Needs to have nice new banner and background. Can use Genesis Associate theme, or customer genesis theme you feel is better.
