I need someone to build/search/compile etc a news aggregator for me. it can using wordpress or any available framework, or build your own. it needs to do the following
1. run independantly, on windows or linux.
2. use MySQL as a database
3. retrieve feeds from external websites as all RSS versions, ATOM 0.3 and 1.0, modules like dublin core, content:encoding, xhtml:body and event XML.
4. need to be able to group the feeds accordingly
5. be able to create users (with username/password) …
