Convert Files In Illustrator

We need to convert 2 pdf files to an ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR VECTOR BASED file and deliver to us as an EPS AND PDF. For printing purposes.

I am not sure if we need to send different file type for this, so please advise. The objects are smart objects but can send original images, etc.

Requirements: Be Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Need completed ASAP,within 24 hours
