I need some small changes to a Word Press Template that has flash.

These changes are:
Main flash box on the top of the site, text and pictures.
Rollover button turn red. this needs to change to Blue.
Please only bid if you have EXPERIENCE WITH FLASH and WORDPRESS. I do not want time wasters!
