I have code for a simple roughly 12 filed inquiry form that I would like placed into the sidebar widget on my WP install.
I can provide detailed instructions for installing the form properly.
I believe there is a testing mode so I expect the form to be working 100%. We will need to verify that upon completion the form lands on the thank you page, with my tracking codes on that pages.
This project should be pretty straight forward for someone with PHP and form coding experience.
