I need the paper-based form which is attached (mobilityparking.pdf) made into three sperate html forms. I need a separate javascript file which validates this document according to the criteria specified in the attached document (Specification.pdf). I don’t want jquery to be used in the validation. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
