I have an html website (no php or anythign else). its of 14-15 pages.
I have the design. I just want few design changes, color changes and small edits to make it look more cool and modern.
Add more punch in short!
Will need the right developer to assist in changing the looks and make it look highly professional. DOn want to change the layout much, but will go for anything that makes it good to looks at.
