Joomla Template

I Need a programmer who is familiar with joomla template. I need to add a gallery to my Joomla template and whiles I was trying to work with the Joomla template I must have move something and it does not show up the way i need it to. Please only people who know Joomla template should contact me. Please provide me with an estimate when you respond.
