I am in need of pretty straightforward wordpress plugin contact form.
The plugin will store contact form submissions in DB so admin can view submissions as well as export submissions.
The admin will create the form from drag and drop style similar to existing plugins. Once contact form is saved a table will be created just for that form with fields that are the same as contact form fields.
