We are a talent agency. When we get a job from our clients for a new TV commercial we email them a list of our actors that we think will match the roles in that commercial. Currently we have been doing this manually, creating an email, typing in the project name, typing in the role titles and typing in the actors name and ages that matches each role, copying in an photo of the actor and adding a link back to the site so the client can see the full profile.
