We require a single enquiry page to be designed and built for http://www.cardiotech.com.au/. It needs to be co branded between Cardio Tech and our company Onfit Training College in a similar theme to the flyer which is attached. Please make it look creative.
The landing page is to be embedded into the Cardio Tech website which uses the Business Catalyst CMS.
