I have an existing website and I want to add functionality via PHP programming.
1. I want buyers to be able to submit a form to contact the seller of an item
2. The seller will receive a notification via email to log in to get the buyer’s message.
3. The seller logs in and has to agrees to our terms before they get the buyers contact info.
4. After they agree they can access their message area with past and current messages from buyers
