To create an online poll/test over a series of pages using a small animated gif to locate them on the page. The mouseover opens a small simple text area where the question (with it’s #) is posed, with a choice of answers (mostly yes/no/(some maybe)) + a few requiring text. Each item must have a separate ID. The results are passed to a db and compiled into table results, based on a series of initial questions (age/belief/income/gender/use of tobacco etc) on survey.htm.
